Industrial Glue and Adhesive Removal

The removal of glue from floors previously covered with vinyl or carpet tiles can be a real head-ache, especially for commercial tenants coming to the end of a lease.

We have perfected a system for returning floors to their previous state.

The four-stage glue removal process utilises our own Elite Floor Restore solution:-

1) The components of Elite Floor Restore mixed using slow-speed mechanical mixer and the solution is applied by pump stray or mop and then left for 5 minutes.

2) The solution and de-bonded glue slurry is physically scraped off.

3) An STR sanding machine with scrubber pad is used to remove residue with any further residue vacuumed off.

4) The substrate is cleaned with a non-hazardous degreasing solution.

The end result is a transforming change in appearance, breathing new life into old contaminated floors.
