We have extensive experience of applying resin flooring in the automotive industry, from coatings in maintenance bays to outside anti-skid areas as well as smooth and decorative finishes for showrooms. Automotive floors typically require special preparation because of fuel and oil-contamination and safety marking is advisable around ramps and pits. We can also create highly abrasive finishes in areas requiring maximum skid resistance.

Preparation is the Key.
No matter how good the product, suitable preparation is essential to ensure longevity in resin flooring. In industrial situation, this often means more than just a mechanical grinding. We crop and fill bolt-heads, make good broken or worn joints and fill cracks and holes. Where necessary, we can also treat oil-contaminated areas, make good porous slabs or apply an epoxy resin DPM membrane.
