About what we do.
Flooring-related problems adversely effect the efficiency of your business. From cleaning issues to potentially dangerous substrates, hazards such as slips & trips can be caused by oil-contamination or uneven surfaces with dust flaking a regular issue with worn and aged concrete. Hygiene can also be compromised by insufficient sealing. It is our job to identify and resolve all these issues for you.

There is an  inverse relationship with ease-of-cleaning and slip-resistance and the right balance will vary depending upon the specific requirements of your industry. We work with you to determine the optimum surface for your specific needs.

Trying to decide of what resin product is right for you can be bewildering, with so many different types of resin systems available . To help you, we have prepared this document to try to make the choice a little easierHow to choose a resin floor

Our system of Preparation and Application – Each floor is unique and will require a specific method of application. Our team undertake various form of floor preparation, from a light sand to heavy, mechanical grinding. Floors are usually prepared using diamond-grinding machines (with vacuum attachments) or vacuum-blasting machinery, ensuring. a completely dust free operation.

Surfaces are then primed and ready to take the new top surface. In special circumstances the top surface can be adapted, dramatically reducing the curing period (in some cases able to allow stacker trucks to run after only 2hrs!).

Products & Colours – A wide variety of textures, colours and finishes are available and varied colour combinations can be achieved by mixing blends of coloured sands.  Special colours for coating are also available at a nominal surcharge.

Our service – Your general requirements can be discussed over the phone, usually followed up with a site visit, during which we will undertake a survey of your floor. A formal proposal with a fixed price will then be provided. Varying options to cover budget constraints can also be put forward whilst ensuring the system provided meets all your specific needs.
