A clean-room, subject to hot water and strong chemicals, had a worn and broken screed floor. A slope from all sides down to a central drain needed to be created by raising the screed up to 100mm height, with a reverse incline going up to the entrance. A bulk-polyurethane screed was selected, finished with a wearing p.u. screed applied in safety red, with lines marked out in blue epoxy resin.
